New products purchased from WORLD electronics should not be returned for credit without prior return authorization and an RMA number. Both must be obtained from WORLD’s sales department. All items returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking charge and will be accepted only if in new condition and in original packaging. RMAs for credit will not be accepted more than 90-Days after original sale. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice should accompany items. Items returned as defective must be received within 30-Days of authorization. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
